I'm Simon Elms singer/songwriter from Whitespace, and have recently used
the recording arm of A.T. music group to record 3 of our tracks.
We have had a lot of experience recording in various studios in and
around Essex and have yet to find anywhere that could give us the results
we were looking for.
Recording with Marc Fargeot from A.T. Music Studios was an absolute
joy. Not only was it obvious quite early on that with Marc we were
working with someone highly skilled in modern recording techniques,
but also someone with amazing musical knowledge (it makes you quite
sick actually) ready to give advice, but only if we wanted it.
The finished recordings have been received extremely well by all our
fans. And within the band we feel we have finally found somewhere that
has not only been able to give us great sounding recordings but managed
to give us the unique sound we have been looking for, for so long.

Marc is an experienced producer and musician with a well equipped studio.
I was able to visit him and discuss my music before hand, where
he offered some good ideas and advise. He had an excellent
range of guitars available for no extra cost and advanced digital recording
equipment and effects, which enabled tracks to be laid down
and mixed quickly to a professional standard.
Good value for money and highly recommended.

My name is Ben Johnson and I have recently completed a recording at
the A.T music studios complex. Recording the track was made very
simple and straight forward by Marc Fargeot, who has excellent knowledge
and understanding of his job, and I've had great feedback from
friends, family and other musicians/singers about how professional the
song sounds. I look forward to recording more songs at the studios
and would definitely recommend all bands and artists to record their
material here.

Yeah ok,
In the past most of my experiences with studios have been a stressfull,
unfulfilling and expensive affair, however with A.T.
Music Studios this was not the case at all. The studio is situated in
the heart of Essex, which was extremley peacfull and a perfect
setting for the recording of our EP " Broken Boundaries ",
the studio itself was modern, extremley comfortable and packed to the
brim with the latest technology none of which I understand, at the end
of the studio is the control room where somewhere in the
darkness lurks Marc, some dodgy producer with an annoying catchy accent,
- please be warned after a few days spent
with Marc you will adopt this accent and without realising start using
it in every single one of your conversations, much to the
amusment of your friends and family, another side effect of working
with him is you will use the term " lets get naked " far too
much for your own good.
We have now finished our recording and are just going through the final
mixes, this is the beauty of A.T. Music Studios, you
have the chance to change parts your not happy with, for example I am
going back to see Marc shortly to re-record a guitar
part which technically speaking sucks ass, I really do not know of another
studio that gives you the flexability and control that
A.T. Music do. Once you get to know Marc and get used to the terrible
humour and the awfull tea making skills what you have is
the most talented producer that I know of in the UK today.
All joking aside we were gutted when the recording was finished, we
had a fantastic time, learnt a hell of alot and gained a very
good friend, and through Marcs expert guidence have ended up with the
most mind blowing kick ass sound ever.
If you want a cheap, amature sound go else where because thats just
not what they offer however if you want something that
is good enough to be played on any major radio station, good enough
to make any record exec wet himself with excitment and
will make anyone listening to it go " wow, this sounds unreal,
what an amazing sound, you guys are awesome etc etc " you are
in the right place.
simply the UK's top recording studio -- a proffesional recording, a
top producer and a unforgettable experience.

Im Katy Jackson a singer living and studying in London. I recently
recorded 2 tracks with Marc in th AT Music Studios. I have had a lot
of recording experience and found that in studios in London they don’t
take enough time over creating the best possible sound, hence I
travelled to Chelmsford to record my demo.
Working with marc is always great fun and I always achieve great results
due to his enthusiastic and supportive recording style. Marc was
easily able to create the exact sound I wanted and has a great knowledge
of all his recording equipment and how to enhance the sound.

My name is Scott Irvine and I am an acoustic singer/songwriter. I recently
went to the studios at AT Music Group to work with Marc Fargeot
and was very impressed with the sound that we were able to achieve.
I have experienced many other record sessions but have never
before have had the cleanliness of sound that Marc was able create and
all this was in an environment that was professional and comfortable.
Before the recording session, I played Marc a track from a well known
acoustic artist so that Marc could analyse the sound I wanted to
achieve – what impressed me immensely is that while listening
to this track Marc showed me the inconstancies in the recording which
when inspected closely you could audibly hear and explained how to overcome
this. As I said this was a mainstream artist who is world
renowned (I don’t think I’m allowed to mention his or the
producers name) but Marc showed me how it could be improved upon

My name is Sam Biland. I have been working with Marc for 6 months so
far on vocals as well as recording 7 tracks produced by him at
his studio.
Working with Marc has been amazing, his recording skill and quality
blows me away everytime I go down to work on my tracks.
I' ve learnt so much from him producing my tracks and have been able
to put forward into my own song writing to make it stronger.
The studio has such a chilled out atmosphere even tho the work ethic
is strong which is perfect when spending long hours recording.
Marc has not only been an amazing producer but I now see him as a friend
and a mentor.

We contacted Marc at A.T Music Group in the hope of him producing a
live demo of our band to pass around to prospective singers and
vocalists. As a three piece band tight on time, we were expecting a
low quality, hashed together recording. Instead what we received
was a highly professional, excellent quality final product which we
are chuffed to bits with. We managed to record and master four tracks
in
four hours, which is testament to how productive and clinical Marc is.
He clearly knows his stuff when it comes to recording, as well as
playing and is only too pleased to help you achieve the results you
require. He has also gone out of his way in helping us find a singer
and
several of his recommendations, together with the demo he produced will

Hello...We recently started up a band and needed a demo for our myspace.
After hearing recordings that my friend had had done in
studios around london we decided to come to the A.T Music studios as
i have recorded there previously and knew that the quality of
the recordings were of a much higher standard. We all had a great time
recording, it was very relaxed and fun! The tracks sound awesome,
they are really well mixed and produced, Marc took time to get everything
just right for us he was a pleasure to work with...We are going
to record more tunes and are definatly going back!

I have just finished recording my second song with A.T Music group
and cannot sing praise highly enough for the quality and care that main
man Marc Fargeot has given my recordings. I rang round about 10 different
studios in Essex and chose A.T. Music as I got a real positive
vibe from Marc when we spoke on the phone. When we started laying down
the track, I was overwhelmed by the sound quality which is as
good as you would expect from the release of any artist signed to a
major. I was also extremely impressed with Marc as a producer-he
has a total knoweldge of the software he uses and also has wide range
of musical appreciation which means that whatever style of song
you're recording, you'll get invaluable advice on how to create the
sound your after. He is also a brilliant musician, and can play a wide
range
of insruments to an extremely high standard which was handy for me as
I had no experience of playing bass guitar at all. A.T. Music also
have use of probably the best drum machine in the world. If like me
you can't play drums or are worried about the synthetic sound of a
drum machine-fret no longer!-the sound is totally undetectable from
a real drum set miked up.
When I rang round the various studios in Essex, cost was obviously a
big factor. A.T Muisc undercut the others in some cases by half for
a
full day. Recording in London can triple the cost A.T. Music offers
and I would be surprised if the qulaity was any better.
There is a really relaxed atmosphere in the studio which is vital in
making a good demo. I can honestly say, this studio in Rettendon Essex
is a
real little gem!

When I was looking to record a couple of tracks I didnt really know
where to look, as this was the first time I've ever recorded without
a
band. After a few e-mails and a chat with Marc in the studio I knew
this was the perfect place to do it.
The thing that makes A.T. Music different to anywhere else Ive recorded
is that Marc takes as much pride in the tracks as you do.
The attention to detail is amazing and his knowledge of how the recording
process works and what is needed to get a great sound is second
to none. I've had nothing but positive feedback for the tracks, and
I know a huge part of that has to do with the quality of the production.
If you are a solo artist like me looking to do a few tracks with just
guitar and percussion or a band looking for a huge sound then this is
the
place to do it.

MARC AND A.T. MUSIC STUDIOS RULES!!!!!
When your looking for a studio, you never really know what ya gonna
get, but we can honestly say you wont get better than marc fargeot.
We recorded our e.p delta waves over four days, and had some of the
best four days we have had as a band. Marc is very easy to work with
and made us feel completly at ease from the word go, his understanding
for music in all genres and styles is second to none and his ear
for createing whats in your own head is priceless!
Marc is very patient and provides help and ideas without taking control
of your music away from you. Most importantly is the quality of the
end result, we wanted an e.p that had the quality of cds in our own
collection, big, loud, and crisp, Like our favourite bands, and we got
it.
The price was very good compared to other studios around, but basically,
for the quality, price, and freindlyness only use marc at A.T. Music.
We had such a good time and will never go anywhere else ever again.
In fact we want to live here forever!!! Because this is the perfect
studio!!!

our day

From the intial meeting to discuss what we were looking for to picking
up the finished product has been a very positive experience.
The fact that as a fellow musician you were able to identify when we
were playing the right notes just not always in the right order !! meant
that the recording was the best it could be.
Ready steady Go will be back at AT in the future , and we look forward
to recording our other band Blueprint later this year, and having
recorded at various other studios in Essex over the years , we can honestly

Ready Steady Go! The Ultimate Tribute to the 60’s

Having been to several recording studios over the past few years, I
can honestly say that I have never been more impressed. The attitude
and determination of AT MUSIC GROUP and Marc in particular was in a
completely different league. It was very clear that AT MUSIC had a
very strong understanding in all types of music and there knowledge
and experience brought the best from my artist. In my experience,
anyone can record an artist, but it takes a certain type of person and
company to bring the full potential of an artist to light. From expression,
to passion in the voice and the realisation that there is a story to
be told in every song.
Our experience was amazing, and Katie ( artist ) has made it quite
clear that she will be returning to AT MUSIC later in the year as she
feels
no one else can touch the quality and experience of AT MUSIC GROUP.

We are a four piece rock/metal band that decided to record a short demo
CD so that we had some recordings to show for our work. We
had played gigs organised by AT Music group such as Teen Scene so we
had met Marc before. We decided to record with AT Music
Group because we had heard excellent recordings done by Marc and we
knew that he was very professional. We were also surprised at how
good value for money the recordings were - Marc was very informative
and gave us all the information we needed to make the recordings as
good quality as possible. The actual recording was awesome and it surpassed
all our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the final
result. Marc; as well as being very professional, is an awesome guy
and made the recording process a delight. We would definately go back

I am an Essex County Council employee working with vulnerable Young
People that are looked after by the Local Authority. Along with 2
other members of staff we run a Rock Band for the Looked After Young
People in Local Residential Homes.
The Band recently recorded a 4 track CD with Marc at Strictly Studios,
involving 6 Young People in the band.
Marc was more than patient with all the Young People and made them feel
very relaxed and confident with what they were doing, both as
a music teacher and as a professional engineer.
The Young People quickly gave Marc their respect and appeared to thoroughly
enjoy the whole experience.
We took the full packaged offered by A.T Music Group and had the CD
Mastered and duplicated. The speed of turn around and the quality of
the final product is outstanding and the Young People involved in the
project have all received copies of the CD to distribute between Family
and Friends.
The whole process was enjoyable, relaxed and very professional. The
Band are hoping to secure further funding to record a full album in
the future and I would have no hesitation in going back to A.T Music
to continue this project.
