The 2nd third must be paid at the halfway point of the recording session and the final 3rd on completion of the mixes.
The deposit is non refundable except for under extreme and exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of A.T. Music Group.
We don’t accept credit cards (yet) but do accept cash or cheques. Cheques are only acceptable with a valid cheque guarantee card.
Any bounced cheques will come with a £40 fee.
Failure to comply with these payment instructions will result in the recording product becoming the ownership of A.T. Music Group. We will keep the product for up to 1 year after which the product will be destroyed.
Canceling you recording session must be given 7 days prior to your booking, so we can re-arrange an alternative date, and if A.T. Music Group cancel your session for any reason then the deposit will be paid back in full.
Any of A.T. Music Studios equipment damaged by you must be paid for
and replaced by you.
You must come prepared with new strings and new skins etc. We can order
you anything you need i.e. strings or skins, as we get them at trade
price. Standard strings are also available to purchase at the studio.
We prefer all recording clients to arrive at least half an hour early to allow time for traffic and get that kettle on.
Drugs except medicinal are prohibited on the premises, in or out.
You must arrange all copyright clearance on any songs that you are covering. And any recordings using backing tracks must ensure they have the relevant licenses forthwith.
A.T. Music Studios is a non-smoking premises – those wishing to smoke can do so outside of the studio.
